Direct Link Assistance This is the real power of our Automated Customer Support (ACS) system.

Our ACS system will automatically alert our support personnel when you have a specific question. We can also post your own personal fixes (PTFs) on this system. Just make a few entries in your AS/400 system and the files will automatically be downloaded and your system updated. Or maybe you just want to search through the summaries of already prepared PTF's. You can download the lists and review them at your leisure.

For those really tough problems, our support personnel can dial directly into your system to investigate and fix your problem first-hand. We invite you to use this powerful tool even if you never have any really tough questions. Just let our technicians walk you through a personal training course via this link.
